Yes, of course, that’s possible. Your Baskets are saved in your profile.

When you make a purchase, you receive a 4-week usage period, which begins when you go live. After this 4-week period, your Basket will be deactivated.

You can reactivate, edit, and continue using your Basket by purchasing another usage period.
